Joe Waroquier

Joe Waroquier is an established interior designer celebrated for his ability to craft spaces that are both sophisticated and comfortable. With design studios in Bryn Mawr on Philadelphia’s Main Line as well as Washington, DC, Joe has cultivated a loyal, word-of-mouth clientele drawn to his signature aesthetic—an elegant fusion of natural materials, sculptural forms, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Since founding his firm in 2015, Joe has earned a reputation for curating refined, livable interiors layered with character and warmth. His spaces are often punctuated with one-of-a-kind pieces sourced from antique markets in Paris, London and other European design meccas. Joe’s creative journey began growing up in Clearfield, Pennsylvania in his mother’s flower shop. There, he developed an early appreciation for composition, texture, and the emotional impact of design. That influence remains central to his practice today. Joe is also known to return to his floral roots, offering clients custom flower consultations long after the final room is styled.

DEBORAH BLAIR

Senior Designer

Deborah Blair is a prominent designer with an established clientele in Washington, DC and throughout the United States. Her work can also be seen in homes in the Hamptons, Nantucket, Savannah, Palm Beach and Naples.

Deborah’s passion for interior design began as a young child watching her mother thoughtfully transform ordinary Air Force base housing into beautiful spaces for living and entertaining. Her studies at Indiana University took her on another path but she soon returned to the passion that still drives her today. She believes your home should be a reflection of your journeys. It should be warm, loved and lived in, filled with some new, some old, some humor. Most importantly, it should be comfortable.

With every client, Deborah first listens to your dreams and vision for your home. She believes the entire design process is exciting and should unfold organically and collaboratively. Deborah feels comfort and livability are critical to the success of any project. Her design is grounded in classic, understated elegance but with a fresh and current look.
