INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

Availability and Duration:

The Interior Design Project Manager role is full-time and based in our Bryn Mawr, PA studio. We offer competitive compensation including a sales incentive plan.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

·      Collaborate closely with Principal on management and execution of small- to large-scale luxury residential and commercial design projects from initial construction to installation of interiors.

·      Provide comprehensive project management to assigned projects.

·      Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

·      Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and deliver superior customer service at all times.

·      Maintain project schedules, issue specifications and execute orders with work rooms, vendors and subcontractors.

·      Attend site meetings with clients, vendors and construction teams as needed.

·      Assist Principal in sourcing antiques, new furnishings and other resources.

·      Prepare sales quotes and project estimates.

·      Maintain all project details including but not limited to furniture and lighting plans, paint schedules, wall covering and fabric specifications, tile and stone layouts, millwork details, etc.


Experience and Requirements:

Experience and Requirements

·      Bachelor degree in Interior Design is preferred.

·      Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interior Design or related field.

o   Note: Minimum of 3 years without completed Interior Design degree.

·      Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

·      Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Extreme attention to detail and the ability to take direction.

·      Must be organized, efficient and enjoy working with a team as well as work independently.

·      Team player with a positive can-do attitude.

·      Sense of humor and desire to work in supportive, collaborative fashion.

·      Must have access to a reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Mileage is reimbursed.

CAD proficiency preferred.
