Joe has worked in the design and lifestyle industry for over 20 years. He started Joe Waroquier HOME about 10 years ago and has since established a design office in Washington, D.C. and a retail boutique in Bryn Mawr, PA. Focusing on residential and commercial, indoor and outdoor, he designs for each individual client and sources unique furniture, accessories, objets d’art, and antiques from all over the world to do so. Joe knows every client is different and the great challenge and fun of designing is working closely with someone to create a space they adore. Success results from conversation, careful listening, and deep knowledge – never a formula.
Our primary goal is to create beautiful spaces in homes that our clients love. We work on all sorts and sizes of projects. We can help you pick out a paint color and a few small accessories for a bedroom or fully remodel your entire home. Customers always make the final decisions for their homes— our job is to present great design in a way that works for their wants and needs.
In our boutique, we sell anything from simple, refined gifts to custom-designed furniture. We buy unique pieces with the goal of offering elegance and style, not mass-produced items. We strive to offer products that feel special and add value to people’s homes. Our customers are encouraged to touch, take pictures, and have conversations with us about what they like in the store.
